Look at Style

The toilet is a critical design element in any bathroom. When selecting a toilet, choose a piece that coordinates with your bathroom's environment. Begin by choosing a toilet that will coordinate with the decor of your bathroom. Is it the contemporary look of a one piece toilet, or would a more traditional two piece by more to your liking? Do you want a high profile tank or low profile tank? And look at which bowl shape, elongated or round, would work the best with your given space.

Once you have a style in mind, begin thinking about color. In doing so, be sure to look at color schemes that might already be in place such as wallpaper, flooring, or the color of your shower or tub. And pay close attention to the finish and style of your faucets and bath accessories so you can coordinate them with your toilet's trip lever.

Extreme Measures

To us, meeting industry standards just isn't enough. So we surpass them. We believe a toilet should be designed to meet the requirements of life, not just the lowest government standard. So we test. And test. We strive to push our products beyond industry requirements in order to reach a new level of performance.

The American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) only requires a toilet to pass four basic tests. TOTO has not only proven itself in these tests, we put our products through six additional tests that go above and beyond these government imposed standards.

What does all this testing deliver? Industry leading performance. Is it a little extreme? We think so. But, we wouldn't have it any other way.
